Subject to applicable law, the entire liability of GH, its subsidiaries and affiliate entities and their agents, clients, representatives and service provider to you under or in connection with the BC Website shall be to take such actions as are reasonably required at our sole and exclusive discretion in order to remove or delete data entered in error, remove or delete data that is the subject of dispute, or to correct data entered in error.
